American Combatives™ is our MMA program for kids, combining the best of traditional martial arts with the tried-and-true techniques of modern MMA for the ultimate fitness, fun and confidence building workout regimen! Instructor approval required.
Tae Kwon Do, rooted in tradition and one of the world’s most popular martial arts, is a great way to start a lifelong journey in training that may one day lead to a gold medal in this Olympic sport!
For mom:
FightShape™ is our flagship morning fitness boot camp. You don’t have to be a fighter to be in fight shape! This non-contact MMA-based circuit workout will get you back in shape in no time, in a safe, fun, and highly effective way!
Our new schedule will also feature separate kickboxing and women’s self defense instruction, as well as a lunchtime workout for those who want their does of fitness on the go during the workday!
For all:
We are an MMA gym at the core, but we mix it all up to have something for everyone! Learn tried-and-true MMA techniques tested in the cage, focus on kickboxing or grappling, or try our latest offering: the other Brazilian martial art… Capoiera!
